I work with general anxiety, panic attacks, and specific phobias through a holistic lens, offering support to both mind and body — through insight & cognitive interventions as well as nervous system-based tools to help with grounding and self-soothing.

You feel foggy and exhausted all the time. It’s hard to care about the things that once brought you joy or contentment. You’re preoccupied by the past and regret. It’s all you can do to make it through the day. With therapy, we can get curious about the thoughts, situations, and behaviors connected with your depression, and move to make small changes that lead to feeling better.
Telehealth services
When we meet, we’ll use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you’ll need is a secure internet connection and a private setting. Online appointments can allow greater flexibility in meeting times — while skipping the time and cost of a commute to an office setting. I recommend building an extra 5-10 minutes into your routine before your appointment begins to wrap up any tasks or responsibilities, find a comfortable and private space, silence phone notifications, and settle in.
